Hi – I’m Sarah

I help women navigate the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes of menopause with clarity and compassion. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with real-world support, so you can stop struggling alone and start living fully again.

Rebuilding Confidence Through Menopause

When Menopause crept up on me, my confidence dropped through the floor. Nobody around me was talking about it, and I felt completely unprepared and alone. When I finally understood what was happening, I knew I didn’t want others to go through the same experience.

I set up a menopause support group in my workplace and saw first-hand the incredible power of women supporting women. That inspired me to train as a certified menopause coach so I could guide and empower others on their journey.

Today, I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for open conversations, helping people rebuild confidence, and providing practical tools to navigate menopause with strength and self-belief – whether you’re experiencing it yourself, supporting a loved one, or leading a workplace that wants to do better.

My approach is grounded in compassion, coaching, and lived experience, so you don’t have to go through it alone.

For Individuals

1:1 Coaching

A 7-week personalised programme to help you feel at home in your body, boost energy, and regain confidence.

Together we’ll make small, sustainable changes around hydration, food, movement, and mindset.

You’ll leave with a supportive action plan that fits your life and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Group Coaching

A supportive group programme that follows the same framework as 1:1 coaching, with the added encouragement and shared wisdom of women on a similar journey.

Together we’ll explore what works for you, share experiences, and support each other. The programme provides practical tools, resources, and a strong sense of community to guide you through menopause.

Menopause 101

This is a safe, supportive space for women at any stage – pre, peri, or post-menopause – who want to better understand what’s happening in their bodies.

We’ll talk about the hormonal changes behind menopause, simple lifestyle choices that can help you feel better, and the professional support that’s available. It’s a chance to replace confusion with clarity and feel reassured that you are not alone.

Creating a menopause-friendly workplace makes a huge difference – not just for individuals, but for the culture of your whole organisation. I offer supportive sessions and practical guidance to help businesses open up conversations and build confidence around menopause.

Rediscovering My Flamingo

When I was a teenager, a teacher once told me:

“You’ve got good ideas, but you can’t quite put them into practice.”

So when, much later, I found myself in a painting class with my leadership team, I felt nervous, even a bit embarrassed. Surely everyone would see I couldn’t do it.

But two hours later, I walked out with my very own flamingo painting. (He’s called Fabian, and he now sits proudly in my home office!)

That experience taught me something important:

And that’s a lesson I carry with me into midlife and menopause.

This stage of life can feel unsettling – confidence wobbles, energy shifts, identity changes. But just like that flamingo, it’s not about losing who you are – it’s about creating the right environment to rediscover yourself.

That’s why I now work as a menopause coach: to help women feel supported, understood, and equipped to navigate this transition with confidence. Together, we break it down step by step, create a safe space, and celebrate your version of thriving.

Because you’re not “less than” during menopause – you’re evolving. And with the right support, there’s so much more still to come.
